Attempting to extract the source code of the app or translating the app into other languages, or creating derivative versions, is strictly prohibited. All rights to the app, including trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, belong to Fennec Games Studio.
Fennec Games Studio is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Game app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromise its security features, and result in the app not working properly or at all.

Please be aware that Fennec Games Studio will not take responsibility for certain things, including the app's functionality requiring an active internet connection. If you do not have access to Wi-Fi or any data allowance left, the app may not work at full functionality.
If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's terms of the agreement will still apply, and you may incur charges for data usage. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android, and the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change. You will need to download the updates if you wish to continue using the app. While Fennec Games Studio does not promise to always update the app to be relevant to your Android version, you agree to accept updates to the application when offered. We may also decide to stop providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
